What these terms cover
This website. Our games are sold and delivered through Steam, so your purchase, refunds, and use of a game are governed by Valve's terms and by any agreement shown with the game itself. Nothing here changes those.
Using this site
Browse it, link to it, quote it. There are no accounts, no logins, and nothing to subscribe to. Please don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting.
Our name and artwork
“Iridium Interactive”, “You Must Peg”, the II mark, and the logos and artwork on this site are trademarks and property of Iridium Interactive LLC. The press kit is the exception: those assets may be used freely for news coverage, reviews, videos, and articles about our games, including monetized ones, and you don't need to ask. Please don't use our marks in a way that implies we endorse or sponsor something we don't.
Third-party content
Game pages embed a Steam store widget served by Valve. We don't control it. See our privacy policy for what that means.
Email you send us
If you email us, we keep the message only so we can reply and, if you asked, let you know when we announce something. We don't sell, rent, or share it.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it is error-free or never down.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Iridium Interactive LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Changes
